TERMS OF SERVICE

TURNAROUND TIME

  • only commission me if you're patient, i mainly worth on weekends.

  • you can ask about the status of your commission just please don't ask every day, i have my own private life and asking me constantly might do more bad than good (i'll just get demotivated and will not want to work with you)

  • i'm trying to finish my work a maximum of 4 months after receiving the payment, may take me less or more. i will inform you if the deadline changes.

  • if you want a specific deadline please confront me about it before you pay (might require an additional fee).

  • i won’t work with unrealistic deadlines (anything shorter than 2 weeks might be really hard for me to do, especially when it comes to pieces bigger than sketches or busts/headshots).

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • i accept payment via paypal in usd (or bank transfer/blik for polish customers).

  • you need to be at least 15 to commission me. the account you’re paying from must be your parents (only if they agreed to such payment) or yours but only if you're legally allowed to have your own account.

  • payments upfront highly preferred, these commissions are finished faster since i have the assurance that the buyer won't back off.

  • i need to get a full payment before starting the clean lines, if you back off after seeing the piece and won't pay you have no right to use it. (i have the right to use it in the future for personal work, adoptables etc.)

  • you may request the cancellation if you didn’t send me the payment yet. i might not accept cancellations after receiving payment so please be sure you want to take a commission from me.

  • if i’m not able to finish your commission for a private reason you’ll get a full refund.

  • do not use my artwork for commercial use unless you'll discuss it with me and pay extra. this does not apply to the designs i made unless it's on my art, i'm fine with seeing merch being made using my designs if you own the design.

ANY CHANGES IN THE ARTWORK

  • you can change the characters you want me to draw for as long as i don’t start your commission. don't be afraid to message me asking if i started working and if you can change the character - it can happen multiple times and i'll still allow it

  • if i start the commission, please do not change your character. i can do minor changes but bigger ones might not be corrected or I might ask you to pay extra

  • after accepting the work in progress photo i won't make any more changes to it.

  • do not edit my artwork by yourself, i'm not giving anyone rights to change anything in my artworks. if you want me to change something after finishing it, contact me about it. i might change it if i still have .psd file (might require an additional fee for bigger changes).

SIMPLE RULES

  • i have the right to decline any commission without explanation.

  • do not claim my work as your own.

  • do not edit, trace, copy or use for commercial use any of my work without my permission.

  • do not color any of my wips, uncolored sketches etc.

  • do not remove my signature.

  • do not repost any of my work without a credit (all my social medias are listed on the bottom, i prefer giving a link to my instagram, on toyhou.se credit me by my toyhou.se account).

  • do not repost my wips unless you ask beforehand and i agree

  • breaking my tos will result in me putting you on my blacklist.

WHAT I WILL AND WON'T DO

  • anthro characters (both nsfw and sfw)

  • feral characters (only sfw)

  • most species (ask if you're unsure)

  • backgrounds, props (will charge extra)

  • feral nsfw (don't even ask. i'll just simply block you.)

  • people

  • ponies

  • complicated mecha

BLACKLIST

  • mavarle / habbymer - draws feral porn. justified it publicly even after a beware

  • aloespng / pandastic_studios / brutushowl - expected a refund months after i finished the custom design commission (even though i didn’t break my tos and she liked the art when i finished it in the first place. she just saw someone else copy the design i made for her and decided i should pay her back for it?) not so pleasant to work with overall.

  • hawshii - copying my art, still does it even after being called out multiple times
